[Rental] Clamp-On Power Logger 'PW3365-10'

Introducing a portable clamp-on power logger with no short-circuit accidents in our lineup!

At Yokogawa Rental & Lease, we offer the non-contact clamp-on power logger 'PW3365-10' that allows for power measurement without direct contact. Previously, voltage measurement with clamp power meters required connection to metal terminals, but with the newly developed non-contact metal voltage sensor, measurement can now be done simply by clamping around insulated wires. Since there is no metal contact in the charging section, there is no risk of short circuits, and in places where terminals are covered, connections can be made over the cables without removing the covers, improving work efficiency. 【Features】 - No risk of short circuits when measuring voltage over cables - Portable design that can be installed even in narrow cubicles - Supports single-phase to three-phase four-wire systems, up to 400V lines - Effective measurement range from 90V to 520V - Long-term storage possible on SD cards - Setup navigation function supports secure connections *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Test/Experiment/Analysis System: Optical Power Logger

Easy data storage and management! Record characteristics under various conditions while using environmental testing equipment and more.

The "Optical Power Logger" is a system that automatically measures the attenuation of optical cables. As background, we were considering the introduction of an automation system and the construction of a robust system that can operate 24 hours a day, using the measuring equipment we already own without purchasing new facilities. This system combines an optical power meter with a multi-channel multiplexer to record the characteristics of optical cables over long periods, while simultaneously recording the temperature of the test environment using a thermometer. By preparing two sets of measuring devices, it is possible to operate under two different conditions (test environments), allowing for the recording of characteristics under various situations while also using environmental testing machines. 【Benefits of Implementation】 <Improvement of Work Efficiency> ■ The adoption of FA computers allows for safe continuous operation over long periods. ■ Since it is automatically operated by software, daily checks can be reduced to about one or two times, contributing to a reduction in man-hours. ■ Numerical records are stored as electronic data, enabling accurate comparisons and judgments with digital values. ■ The shift to paperless recording through electronic data makes data storage and management easier. ■ Further software customization allows for the expansion of various functions. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Clamp-On Power Logger PW3365

Zero short-circuit for safe operation. Achieving the world's first non-contact power measurement for metals.

The PW3365-10 dedicated voltage sensor features the world's first non-contact metal measurement. It measures voltage from above the cable, eliminating the risk of short circuits since no metal touches the charging part. Measurements can now be taken from places that were previously inaccessible. The measurement values are displayed in a graph, allowing for quick verification of results, making the process smooth. In addition to power measurement, it includes harmonic analysis display and a connection confirmation display function that is convenient when installing power meters. Data can be easily imported to a computer via SD card, LAN communication, or USB communication. It is also compatible with the remote measurement service SF410X series (GENNECT Remote), allowing for various uses tailored to customer needs. It contributes to energy savings, time reduction, and cost reduction.
